What Asteriva is
Asteriva is a personal astrology application operated by Mert Kuzey Tokşen. It computes a birth chart from the birth details you provide and offers daily readings, an astro calendar and written interpretations in six languages.
The nature of the content
Astrology content in Asteriva — daily readings, energy scores, chart interpretations, messages and Asteriva Guide replies — is provided for entertainment, reflection and personal awareness. It is not medical, legal, psychological, financial or investment advice, and it does not predict the future. Do not base decisions in those areas on it; consult a qualified professional.
Your account
- Provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. Activity under your account is your responsibility.
- Birth data can be edited in the app; changes are limited to once every 30 days to keep readings consistent.
- You can delete your account at any time, in the app or by email.
Asteriva Guide
- Asteriva Guide answers questions based on your own birth chart. Replies are generated with artificial intelligence, and the feature works only after your explicit consent, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Use of the Guide is subject to question allowances shown in the app. Allowances are personal to your account and have no monetary value outside the app.
- Replies can be reported from inside the app. Do not use the Guide to attempt to generate harmful content.
Purchases
Where a premium membership or extra question allowances are offered, purchases are made through the app store and are also subject to that store’s terms. Manage and cancel store subscriptions through your store account; deleting your Asteriva account does not necessarily cancel a store subscription.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service: no attempts to break authentication, disrupt availability, scrape content in bulk, reverse engineer non-public functionality, or use the service unlawfully. We may rate-limit, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Availability
Asteriva is provided “as is”. Features may change, be interrupted or be discontinued; we work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Intellectual property
The app, this website, the interpretation texts and the Asteriva name are protected. You may use the content personally within the app; you may not republish or resell it in bulk.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; where reasonable, we will tell you why.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Beyond that, we are liable only for damage caused by our intent or gross negligence; we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of astrology content, which is entertainment in nature.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest change. Continued use after an update means acceptance. Questions: support@asteriva.app.
