What Asteriva is

Asteriva is a personal astrology application operated by Mert Kuzey Tokşen. It computes a birth chart from the birth details you provide and shows daily readings, calendar views and written interpretations. Asteriva is currently in closed-beta preparation and is not yet published in app stores.

The nature of the content

Astrology content in Asteriva — daily readings, energy scores, chart interpretations and messages — is provided for entertainment, reflection and personal awareness. It is not medical, legal, psychological, financial or investment advice, and it does not predict the future. Do not use it as the basis for decisions in those areas; consult a qualified professional instead.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. Activity under your account is your responsibility.
• Birth data can be edited in the app; changes are limited to once every 30 days to keep readings consistent.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app or by email.

Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse the service: no attempts to break authentication, disrupt availability, scrape content in bulk, reverse engineer paid or private functionality, or use the service for unlawful purposes. We may rate-limit, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Availability

Asteriva is provided “as is”, and during the beta phase features may change, be interrupted or be discontinued. We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Intellectual property

The app, this website, interpretation texts and the Asteriva name are protected. You may use the content personally within the app; you may not republish or resell it in bulk.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; where reasonable, we will tell you why.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Beyond that, we are liable only for damage caused by our intent or gross negligence; we are not liable for decisions made based on astrology content, which is entertainment in nature.
