Frequently asked questions

How do I change the app language?

Profile → Settings → Language. The app follows your device language by default and falls back to English if it is unsupported.

How do I edit my birth details?

Profile → Edit profile. Each field (name, birth date, birth time, birth place, time format) opens on its own — you do not have to redo onboarding.

Why can I change birth data only every 30 days?

Your chart and readings are derived from birth data. The 30-day limit keeps readings stable and prevents accidental churn. The app shows the exact date when the next change becomes available.

Can I use 12-hour or 24-hour time?

Yes. Profile → Edit profile → Birth time format. This is a display preference per account; it never alters your stored birth time.

When does daily content update?

Each calendar day has its own reading. The energy score, moon phase and messages for a given date are deterministic — they do not change when you reopen the app.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings → Delete account. Or see the Delete account page on this site for the email process.

What is Asteriva Guide?

Asteriva Guide lets you ask questions based on your own birth chart. Replies are generated with artificial intelligence — the app states this openly — and the feature works only after you give explicit consent. Without consent, no data is sent for this purpose.
