Delete your account
You can request deletion of your Asteriva account and the data associated with it. This page requires no login.
Fastest way: inside the app
Open Asteriva → Settings → Delete account. Deletion is executed by our servers after you confirm; it removes your account and associated server-side data.
By email
If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request from the email address registered to your account:

Do not include your password or full birth details in the email — we never need them for deletion.
Requests are processed after we verify that the request comes from the account's registered email address.
What gets deleted
Deletion removes the account and the server-side data associated with it:
- Account and sign-in identity (email, password hash)
- Active sessions on all devices
- Profile and birth details (name, birth date/time, birth place, coordinates, time zone)
- Computed birth chart records
- Daily content selection state
- AI usage quota records and any AI-related reports you submitted
- Membership records, if any
Signing out or uninstalling the app does not delete your account. Only the in-app deletion flow or a verified email request does.
After deletion, data does not remain in active systems. Operational backups expire on a rolling basis.
